options for purchase and generate criteria for selection. To advise on
implementation.
Idea/Approach:
Research CRM specialists to identify the leading products and any unpublicised problems. To
iniitiate a project managed team approach to tackle briefing, implementation, maintenance
and review
activities.
Results/Outcome:
Bizerba selected Microsoft CRM as recommended.
